I’ll be with you through the entire planning process as well as throughout the entire day of your wedding. Some of the services you can expect:
- Customized Planning Timeline
- Monthly check-in emails
- Available as a resource throughout the planning process via phone, text, or email to help with any questions, ideas, concerns, etc.
- Initial get to know you meeting and discussion of the planning timeline and planning details
- Additional 2-3 meetings prior to wedding day to ensure that all details are covered
- Creation of a Wedding Day Timeline
- Communication with all vendors 3-4 weeks prior to day of providing them with the timeline & being the main contact for questions/concerns
- Rehearsal management and coordination
- On-site from set-up to clean-up on the wedding day coordinating all events and details of the day
- Assistant Coordinator on-site day of wedding
- Manage all details of set-up on day of wedding
- Ensure necessary items are moved from ceremony to reception
- Assist with clean up and packing all personal belongings in vehicles following wedding
- Main contact for all vendors on day of wedding
- Guest management on day of wedding
- Coordinate ceremony processional and ensure ceremony runs as planned
- Organization of bridal party for reception introductions
- Provide fully stocked bride’s emergency kit
